How it works:
It consists of a FREE Telehealth video or phone consult with one of our highly trained CPAP clinicians for guidance on CPAP Support, advice on machine or mask choices and to purchase new or replacement equipment.
Any purchases made during the Telehealth consult can either be posted to you using Australia Post OR available for collection from any of our stores using our Touchless Collection zones.
We also offer a range of interest free payment options to help make owning your own CPAP equipment more affordable. Please ask our friendly team during the your consult.
Why we created Remote Care:
We acknowledge that some people are not near a CPAP Direct store or are unable to visit a store for assistance. Therefore, we have put together the Remote Care program to ensure you continue to receive the top quality care you are used to from CPAP Direct.

Touchless Collection Zones
Our Touchless Collection will allow you to pickup your order from a designated area in any of our stores whilst maintaining safe distances and precautions.
How to request free the free Touchless Collection option:
1. Please request this option at the time of placing your order during the Telehealth consult or by selecting click and collect from our online store.

2. When your order is ready for collection, our staff will send you an SMS message advising that it is ready for collection. Please reply back with the time that you will be coming in to collect.
3. Please check in via QR code on arrival and ensure that you are wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth before entering to collect your order.
5. You're good to go!
