The severe weather conditions from ex-Cyclone Alfred has severely disrupted Australia Post's parcel network resulting in delivery delays in and out of Queensland, Northern NSW and down to Coffs Harbour. They have declared restrictions in their ability to deliver until their usual facilities become available.
