I was in Mascot branch of CPAP DIRECT. I had a lingering noise from my cpap. The lady ,Nuwanthi, is so courteous and knowledgeable showed what is going on with 6 year old machine and showed what is happening step by step. Very professional and not pushy. I did not but a machine. Today I am inclined to go and buy a new machine. One rarelyeldome come across salesperson with knowledge and integrity. I give 5 out of 5 for the service at Mascot.

It is so refreshing being able to walk into a store and experience that personal touch. I am so tired of ordering online only to find out I didn't do my homework well enough. Today I went to the Mascot store and spoke to a lovely person. I think her name was Nuwanthi. She greeted me with a huge smile and offered to help me. We discussed my needs ( I thought I had done my homework online), as I assumed it was going to be a quick in and out. Well she took her time explaining the product (she was very knowledgeable) and it was here that I realised this wasn't what I really needed. After further discussion I walked out a very happy customer, having purchased what I needed. It is rare to find a happy, helpful, knowledgeable person who truly listens to you and advises honestly. I know now to shop at the Mascot branch for all my ResMed needes. Congratulations Mascot.
