The Finance Team are looking for 2 x Full-time Senior Finance Officers to join them at our Gold Coast HQ!

Senior Finance Officer Position Description

What you will be doing

  • Accounts Payable: Coding bills, matching purchase orders, payment runs, credit enquiries, statement reconciliations, AP reporting
  • Accounts Receivable: Medicare billing, store register closures, debt collection (sending statements, liasing with customers), AR reporting
  • Bank Reconciliations: Trading account and credit cards
  • Inventory and other balance sheet reconciliations and journals
  • Payroll: fortnightly payroll, superannuation and tax calculations
  • Data entry, journal entries, and other adhoc tasks to assist senior accountants and financial controller
  • Identify process performance issues and suggest and implement solutions

Here are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role:

  • You will have 2 or more years’ relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the business.
  • You will have excellent organisation and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with a strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
  • 5+ years experience in AP, AR and payroll
  • Proficient using an ERP Software (MYOB Advanced would be advantageous)
  • You have experience using a POS System (Lightspeed would be advantageous)
  • Tech savvy or demonstrated ability to learn quickly

The Finance Team are looking for a Finance Officer to join them at our Gold Coast HQ!

Finance Officer Position Description

What you will be doing

  • Accounts Payable: Including but not limited to supplier invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations, supplier queries
  • Accounts Receivable: Including medicare billing, customer accounts, debt collection, store queries
  • Supporting the stores and finance team
  • Data entry, adhoc tasks, and general finance and administration duties
  • Identify process performance issues and suggest and implement solutions

The Finance Team are looking for a Payroll Officer to join them at our Gold Coast HQ!

Payroll Officer Position Description

What you will be doing

  • Process fortnightly payroll in WFM and MYOB Advanced
  • Calculate and audit travel claims
  • Process staff leave, commissions/bonuses, backpays, variations, Work Cover, terminations when due and when required
  • Payroll reporting
  • Process superannuation, PAYGW Tax
  • Adhoc tasks and project work

Here are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role:

  • You will have 2 or more years’ relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the business.
  • You will have excellent organisation and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with a strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
  • 2+ years experience processing payroll, superannuation and PAYGW for a large organisation
  • Previous experience or an understanding of payroll documentation required for a statutory audit
  • Tech savvy or demonstrated ability to learn quickly

The Finance Team are looking for a Senior Accountant to join them at our Gold Coast HQ!

Senior Accountant Position Description

What you will be doing

  • Month End: Revenue, expenses, accruals, cost allocations, balance sheets, assisting team with transaction processing
  • Support Financial Controller with annual budget and forecasts, P&L, project reporting
  • Liaise with other departments and software developers on exciting projects
  • Train and mentor junior finance team members
  • Data entry, journal entries, and other adhoc tasks to assist finance team and financial controller
  • Identify process performance issues and suggest and implement solutions

Here are a few things we think will make you ideal for this role:

  • You will have 10 or more years’ relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to communicate clearly to all levels within the business.
  • You will have excellent organisation and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with a strong work ethic and drive to get things done.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting; or equivalent combination of experience and/or qualifications
  • 2+ years relevant experience with a large organisation
  • Proficient using an ERP Software (MYOB Advanced would be advantageous)
  • You have experience using a POS System (Lightspeed would be advantageous)
  • Tech savvy or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
