Travel CPAP Machines

A travel CPAP machine is a smaller, more lightweight machine that is designed to be taken with you on the road. They typically run on batteries and can be plugged into a car or airplane outlet, which makes them the perfect companion for people who travel frequently.

What is a Travel CPAP Machine?

Travel CPAP machines help you sleep better when you're on the go. They are a smaller and more portable version of a regular CPAP machine and can be used in hotel rooms, on planes, or anywhere else you might be staying.

If you have trouble sleeping when you're away from home, a travel CPAP machine can be a lifesaver.

Advantages of Travel CPAP Machine

Here are some of the main benefits of a travel CPAP machine compared to traditional CPAP machines:

  • Lightweight & Compact: Travel CPAP machines are designed to be small, lightweight, and compact - making them easy to pack inside your luggage and carry around when you are away from home.
  • Battery-Powered: Some travel CPAP machines are powered by an internal battery. If your machine does not have an internal battery, then there are many external battery options for you to choose from.
  • Fewer Components: Typically, there are fewer components associated with travel CPAP machines, meaning there are fewer items to pack. It also means that you can get set up with your machine even faster when you are ready to start using your CPAP device.
  • Features: Many travel CPAP machines feature technologies such as Bluetooth connectivity and waterless humidification systems.

Do I need a prescription for a travel CPAP Machine?

No, you do not need a prescription to purchase or use a travel CPAP machine in Australia.

We recommended that you seek the advice of a health professional and have a sleep study done to see if you might benefit from using a CPAP machine.

About CPAP Direct

At CPAP Direct, we understand that adjusting to CPAP Therapy can be quite a difficult and daunting process. Our crew are committed to making the adjustments as easy as possible by offering extensive knowledge about the products along with tips and support where needed. We have many store locations around the country as well as our online store which allows us to extend our services Australia-wide.

We have a dedicated Support Team that consists of trained clinicians who can help you with any queries regarding therapy or your equipment. There is no charge for our support services nor is there an expiration date for this support.

We have CPAP Machines and CPAP masks available for both purchase and hire. Hire equipment is available on a monthly basis. There are no deposits, lock-in contracts or obligation to buy once the hire is finished. If you find the hire successful and wish to purchase one of your own, we will deduct the first month's rental from the overall price.

We understand the purchasing of CPAP equipment can be quite expensive which is why we offer a range of interest-free payment plans such as OpenPay, Humm (formerly Certegy Ezi-Pay), Zip Money and Afterpay.
