Welcome to the ASTA program
Which best describes your situation?
Undiagnosed
- Step 1
- Step 2
Talk to your Pharmacist
The Pharmacist at your ASTA-accredited pharmacy will guide you on whether a sleep screening test is right for you. This is based on your symptoms, medication, and other factors. If you haven’t spoken to them yet, please visit them and let them know you’re interested in a sleep screen through the ASTA program.
Get Tested Tonight
Your pharmacist will provide a sleep screen test device to use at home. It’s a simple, finger-worn device with state-of-the-art technology to track your breathing, heart rate, oxygen levels and overall sleep quality. The next day, simply return the device and we will email you a link for your free follow-up appointment and review of your report.
What is Sleep Apnea?
Book your free ‘post study consult’
Once your sleep screening test has been reviewed by a qualified sleep physician, they will prepare a comprehensive report with details about your sleep quality and any therapy recommendations.
When your report is ready, you’ll recieve an email with a link to book in your free consulation with a clinical CPAP specialist from CPAP Direct who will guide you through your report and next steps.

Choose a CPAP mask
There are 3 main types of masks based on your personal situation. For example, if you are a mouth breather during the day and have difficulty breathing through your nose, you will likely need to select a mask from the Full Face section below.
If you can breathe through your nose during the day and have a moustache, you’ll may prefer a pillows mask or a nasal cradle mask.
Please take the time to watch the videos in each section before deciding which mask is right for you. Once you have added the selected mask to your cart, you can move on to the cleaning & hygiene section.
Pillow Masks
A nasal pillow mask is for people who want the lightest, most minimal CPAP option and breathe easily through their nose. Great for active sleepers who hate bulk and want maximum freedom.
