What services are already free at CPAP Direct?
Every CPAP Direct customer has access to an initial therapy consultation, new CPAP purchase or hire setup and education, up to two trial mask swap outs during a CPAP trial, mask fitting with a new mask purchase and a complimentary post-sleep-study consultation.
Do I really get unlimited CPAP support consultations?
Yes. VIP Sleep Club includes CPAP support consultations with our CPAP clinicians, either remotely or in person, subject to reasonable fair-use and appointment availability. The membership is designed to ensure that cost isn't a barrier when you genuinely need help with your CPAP therapy.
What's included in the annual equipment check?
The annual equipment check includes an air pressure validation test of your CPAP device, humidifier descale and clean, physical inspection of the CPAP device and mask replacement filter, plus recommendations for mask parts that may need replacing.

Can I get help if my mask starts leaking or becomes uncomfortable?
Absolutely. VIP Sleep Club includes ongoing mask fit and comfort consultations, even when you are not purchasing a new mask. Our team can help assess fit, sizing, seal and comfort and talk through appropriate options.
Can my CPAP therapy data be reviewed?
Yes. Where compatible data is available, VIP members can have their therapy data downloaded and reviewed by our CPAP team as part of their membership.
What happens if my CPAP machine needs to be repaired?
VIP members can access a complimentary loan CPAP device if their machine needs to be sent away for repair, helping you maintain your therapy while your device is being serviced.
What products receive the 50% member discount?
VIP members receive 50% off selected CPAP machine filters, selected CPAP wipes and eligible express postage charges. Product eligibility may change from time to time and exclusions can apply.
Can I use my membership at a CPAP Direct store?
Yes. VIP Sleep Club is intended to work across eligible CPAP Direct stores and online, allowing our team to identify your membership and provide the benefits attached to your account.
I'm already a CPAP Direct customer. Is there a loyalty offer?
Eligible existing customers may receive an exclusive $99 per year legacy membership offer. We'll communicate eligibility and redemption details directly to those customers. Eligible members can retain the legacy rate for up to three years provided their membership remains continuously current.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Where you choose an automatically renewing membership, your membership will renew annually using your nominated payment method unless you cancel before the next renewal date. We'll clearly disclose renewal conditions during checkout and in your membership confirmation.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel future renewal in accordance with the membership terms. Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge but does not necessarily provide a refund for the current membership period. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Does VIP Sleep Club replace medical care from my doctor or sleep specialist?
No. VIP Sleep Club provides CPAP equipment support, therapy education and associated services. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from your doctor, sleep physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
