I’m a regular customer but very disappointed in the service I received today! I rang and spoke to a young girl in the morning about needing a battery capable with my Resmed Airmini I purchased some years ago from the same dealer. I told the staff member I needed the battery to use on 2 overnight flights from Australia to Vietnam and return flights and she confirmed the battery was FDA approved and stock was due in later in the afternoon. I received a call just after 3pm to confirm the stock had arrived so I made the mad dash from Redcliffe to the store to pay and collect my new battery only to be told when I arrived that the battery in question IS NOT FDA approved!!! This was a total waste of my time and fuel not to mention disappointing I now have to purchase a battery from a different supplier!
