Please be aware CPAP Direct takes customer satisfaction very seriously and we will do our best to accommodate all of our customers. We follow strict procedures to ensure the highest quality of our medical equipment.
The goods we supply are medical products that are intended for personal use by the end user only.
By proceeding to the checkout, you accept all of the following conditions:
- I accept that all products I have ordered are correct and selected without error.
- I understand that with the exception of ResMed AirFit Series or Fisher & Paykel masks (within the 30 day return policy), I cannot return or exchange any other items that have been opened or removed from the original sealed packaging.
-I understand Philips Respironics DO NOT offer returns on their CPAP Masks or accessories.
- I understand that any items ordered in error that I wish to return are subject to CPAP Direct's discretion as per Australian consumer rights and a 25% restocking fee may also apply.

Knightsbridge Premium Dual Band Chin Strap reduces and eliminates CPAP mouth leaks, common in people who are mouth breathers. The chin strap lifts the jaw and closes the mouth, allowing the CPAP machine to deliver air at the prescribed rate.

1. How do I know which size to purchase?
Selecting the correct size DUAL BAND Anti Snore Chin Strap is important. Place a measuring tape just above your eyes and measure around your head as shown below. Refer to the size chart to determine whether a medium or large is suitable for you.
2. Is the chin strap comfortable?
The Knightsbridge DUAL BAND Chin Strap is designed by a physicist with comfort and efficacy in mind. It's made from lightweight, mesh fabric which is breathable and easy to wash. Unlike other chin straps, the Knightsbridge Dual Band Chin Strap avoids unnecessary pressure on the jaw joint by running the straps under the jaw rather than wrapping around the tip of the chin.
3. How soon will I notice results?
Users may notice an immediate difference as CPAP mouth leaks are reduced or eliminated.
How to use: User Fitting Instructions:
To use the DUAL BAND Chin Strap, place the cap on your head and use the adjustable strap at the base of the skull to create a comfortable fit. Use the velcro patch at the temple to attach the non-elastic blue strap snugly below the chin. Apply some gentle upwards force to fit the white elastic strap under the chin.
