Hi, my name is Bryce Perron from CPAP Direct. In this review we're going to cover the Transcend baby travel machine. So as you can see, it's very light, it's very small, about the size of a stapler as well. It comes with a power pack as well to plug into the mains and all the different travel adapters for the different sockets all around the world but you can also run it off a battery. This is an example of what a battery looks like. There's two different types of batteries; the P4 which is an overnight battery, or the P8 which is a multi-night battery. The P8 is slightly thicker but most people go for that because there's not much of a price difference between the two. Once the battery is charged up, you get a lot longer life out of the P8 than you will from the P4.

So that basically just plugs into where the power goes and powers the machine up. There's a power button on the front and there's a ramp button as well. The device actually comes with the software, but we set that up for you before sending it out. A really, really good device to be used as a secondary machine. People ask me all the time, can I use the Transcend as in everyday machine? The answer is yes you can, but it's not really designed for that. The machine is a little bit louder than the other machines on the market and that's because it's really designed as a secondary travel machine. It's FAA approved for travel on air flights as well. It is essentially something you just throw in your bag and go and you leave your existing everyday machine plugged in at home with the big humidifier. When you attach the humidifier on this, it's basically doubles the size of the machine so most people would just buy the device and/or a battery to go with it. We had them available in different bundles on our website as well. But a great little option for travelling and very small and compact and light.
